PRODUCTS

Everything the fire gives, nothing wasted.

One controlled process, two product lines. Biochar for carbon removal and soils; wood vinegar for organic crop management. Both traceable to batch and feedstock source.

PRODUCT 01 · BIOCHAR

Coconut-shell biochar, graded for your use case.

Our biochar is produced from coconut shell and husk under controlled pyrolysis, then cooled, crushed, screened and batch-tested. Coconut shell’s high fixed-carbon content makes it a premium feedstock: clean, dense, and consistent.

SPECIFICATION
Feedstock
Coconut shell & husk (multi-stream qualified)
Process
Controlled slow pyrolysis
Yield basis
~270 kg biochar / tonne feedstock at 10% moisture
Screening
Graded to buyer specification
Testing
Batch sampling + periodic independent lab analysis
Certification
EBC pathway in progress — status shared on request
Graded coconut-shell biochar inspected by hand before bagging
GRADE

Bulk screened biochar

Loose, by the tonne. For soil blenders, large farms, and carbon application at scale.

GRADE

Bagged & graded biochar

25 kg / 50 kg bags and bulk bags, for organised buyers needing handling, storage and consistency.

GRADE

Blended soil conditioner

Biochar co-composted with organic nutrient carriers, for direct field application with trial data.

GRADE

Nursery & planting media

Formulated blends for nurseries, horticulture, landscaping, and restoration programmes.

Bagged biochar stacked on pallets in the store, ready for dispatch
BAGGED AND PALLETISED FOR DISPATCH · 25 KG, 50 KG AND BULK BAGS

Handling that survives the journey

Bagged product is stored dry, palletised and dispatched with its batch record attached — so what a buyer receives can be traced back to the shells it was made from and the suppliers who delivered them.

FOR CARBON BUYERS

Biochar carbon removal (BCR) offtake

Every tonne of our biochar represents approximately 2.5 tCO₂e of durable carbon removal — with feedstock provenance, batch records and application evidence maintained from the first batch. We are structuring offtake agreements now, ahead of certification and issuance. Early conversations shape delivery schedules; if you want first access to volumes, this is the moment to talk.

PRODUCT 02 · WOOD VINEGAR

The liquid the fire leaves behind.

Wood vinegar — pyroligneous acid — condenses naturally from the vapour stream during pyrolysis. Used for generations across Asia and increasingly in regenerative agriculture worldwide, it’s a versatile, natural input for farms cutting back on synthetic chemistry.

Organic pest & disease management

Applied diluted as a foliar spray to deter common pests and fungal pressure — a natural alternative in integrated pest management programmes.

Composting accelerant

Speeds decomposition and reduces odour in composting operations and manure management.

Soil & seed treatment

Used diluted to condition soil biology and improve germination in nursery settings.

USAGE GUIDANCE SUPPLIED WITH EVERY ORDER

A note on expectations. Wood vinegar is applied at high dilution and its performance varies by crop and context. We supply usage guidance with every order and recommend small-plot trials first — the same advice we follow on our own demonstration plots.
